Kyoto ICHINODEN was founded in 1927 (Showa 2nd year).
It was founded in the same year of the Kyoto central wholesale market, which is the first central market in Japan.
The saikyozuke method used in order to preserve the fish’s best taste, is a technique that has been refined for a long time and inherited as an ancestral secret recipe that can fully preserve the taste.
We would like to let more people know about the deliciousness of saikyozuke. While imagining the smiling faces of customers at the dinner table, we continue to pursue the authentic taste and create greater dining experience for our customers.
